The PGA Tour has returned.
After a six-week hiatus following the end of the autumn calendar, the Sentry Tournament of Champions will start off the 2022 season at Kapalua, with 39 of the 40 qualified players teeing it up for the winners-only tournament.
World No. 1 Jon Rahm is the +750 favorite at PointsBet. The Spaniard hasn’t played competitively since the season-opening Fortinet Championship in September, where he missed the cut, and hasn’t made a start on Tour since the Andalucia Masters in October, where he missed the cut.
With the second-best odds, Justin Thomas (+850) will follow Rahm, and Champion Golfer of the Year Collin Morikawa (+1000) will make his first start since fumbling a 54-hole six-shot lead at the Hero World Challenge to Viktor Hovland (+1200) and missing a chance to become the second-fastest player to reach world No. 1 since Tiger Woods.
