Nothing can stop the 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass from being exciting.
Fans took advantage of the delayed action on Friday as a torrential downpour again halted play at The Players, turning No. 17 into a slip and slide left of the hole’s drop zone.

It’s unclear whether the sliding spectators were supervised. With additional rain expected on Saturday, volunteers should be on the lookout for more slipping and sliding.
