Brooks Koepka, a four-time major champion, hasn’t played on the PGA Tour in almost a month due to a missed cut at the Masters, and that pattern will continue this week.
The 32-year-old has pulled out of the AT&T Byron Nelson, which is being held at TPC Craig Ranch outside of Dallas. Last season, Koepka competed in this tournament for the first time at Craig Ranch, but he was unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts.
Koepka’s year 2022 has been a roller coaster. He’s missed four cuts and finished in the top 20 in nine events this calendar year.
The eight-time Tour winner is still in contention for next week’s PGA Championship, which he has won twice (in 2018 and 2019).
The withdrawal was made without explanation.
Brooks Koepka WD from the AT&T Byron Nelson and is replaced in the field by Satoshi Kodaira.

Brian Harman withdrew from the event Tuesday after a strong showing at the Wells Fargo Championship, where he tied for eighth.
