Instructions for Baking Cinnamon Roll Cake Like a Pro
Ready your oven for baking at 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9×13 inch baking pan lightly with cooking spray or oil.
Whisk together the baking powder, sugar, salt, and flour in a large basin.
To make batter, combine dry ingredients with wet components (milk, eggs, and vanilla).
Pour the ingredients into the pan after gently incorporating the butter.
The filling ingredients—softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts—can be mixed in a bowl.
Spoon the filling mixture evenly over the cake batter.
Incorporate swirls and marbled designs into the batter using a knife.
The recommended baking time is 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Until a toothpick put into the middle of the cake comes out almost cleanly.
While the cake is in the oven, make the glaze by combining the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until creamy.
While the cake is still warm, pour the glaze over it after taking it out of the oven.
Before cutting into the cake, give it a little time to cool. Your choice: heated or room temperature
